Garage & Mall Manager

Duties:

• Supervising all departments and sections related to maintaining workflow, conducting oversight work on workers and the control room, and following up on the implementation of the maintenance plan.
• Develop the necessary plans and arrangements to exploit all available capabilities to achieve comprehensive employee participation in achieving common goals to maintain the highest customer satisfaction.
• Supervising the selection of human elements working in the place and taking into account the physical and mental specifications in proportion to the nature of work for workers in the departments of security, cashier, hygiene, maintenance, industrial security, and control room
• Oversight of all facilities and development of security plans in a way that positively affects the security of the various places.
• Supervising the personnel affairs of the Security Department in the records designated for this.
• Identify the places surrounding the facility that may cause security threats to the place and work to remove or secure them.
• Responsible for relations with external parties related to securing the facility (Civil Defense and Fire Department – Occupational Safety and Health Department – Police Departments – Traffic Department…)

• Police officers are preferred.
