Description:	Key responsibilities summarized – Business development with track record in revenue growth Asset turnaround i.e., managing scalable renovation projects (from design to implementation) Team building. Overall management of the company and P&L Manage the change in culture in a calibrated way Strong communication & leadership qualities The ability to build and maintain relationships as their current work is based around their existing relationships Provide an inspired leadership company wide and direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the owners Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy. Develop and implement business plans, strategies, operational policies and functional plans. Oversee the company’s business performance and day to day operations includes ensuring that each business sector/division achieve their KPIs Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. Oversee development and implementation of Sector and Divisional level KPIs, leading to create an environment that promotes performance culture and positive morale. Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision. Oversee quality control throughout the company
