Senior Sales Associate

Provides the customer with the brand journey and story during the sales process and implements effective participation in achieving the assigned targets, and supports the day-to-day operations. 

Acquire, cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service.

• Education: Bachelor degree is required.
• Language: very good in English.
• Location: Assigned Boutique – subject to rotation in all outlets.
• Experience: 2-3 years retail sales experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
• Passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
• Ability to multi-task and react with flexibility.
• Very strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through.
• Have a flair for communicating with different types of customers and managing people.
• Work as a collaborative team member, always available to assist boutique managers, colleagues, customers, etc.
• Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.
• Target-oriented with integrity in dealing with precious Jewellery.
