| Description: | موظف عمليات : مسؤوليات العمل: 1- زيارة موقع العملاء ، مسح المواقع ، رسومات أوتوكاد. 2- إعداد العروض الفنية للعملاء بمساعدة التصاميم والرسوم التوضيحية ثلاثية الأبعاد. 3- إدارة عمليات التسليم والتجميع مع فني في موقع العميل. 4- التواصل مع البائعين لمتابعة مواعيد التسليم. 5- التأكد من مطابقة الأصناف المستلمة من البائعين للمتطلبات طوال عملية التصنيع من خلال المتابعة مع المصنع. 6- متابعة صيانة المعدات الفنية للشركة. 7- دعم فريق المبيعات في إبرام الصفقات بالمعلومات الفنية. 8- إبلاغ المدير العام بالمستجدات والمواقف على أسس مناسبة. متطلبات العمل: 1- حديث التخرج (لا يشترط خبرة) 2- أوتوكاد (إجادة) 3- أي برنامج إعداد رسوم توضيحية أو نمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد تعتبر ميزة إضافية. 4- مهارات الاتصال الجيد والشخصية الأنيقة. 5- القدرة على القيام بزيارات في جميع أنحاء الإسكندرية والساحل الشمالي وفي حالات ضيقة للغاية خارج الإسكندرية (المواصلات العامة فقط فقط ، التكلفة التي تغطيها الشركة) (English) Operations officer: job responsibilities: 1- Clients site visiting, location surveying, Autocad drawings. 2- preparing technical proposals for clients aided with 3D designs and illustrations. 3- Managing deliveries and assembling with technician in clients’site. 4- Contacting vendors to follow up with delivery dates. 5- Insure that received items from vendors match the requirements all through the manufacturing process by following up with the factory. 6- Following the maintenance of company’s technical equipment. 7-Supporting sales team in closing deals with technical information. 8- Reporting to the GM with updates and situations on proper bases. Job Requirements: 1- Entry Level, (No experience required) 2- Autocad (Good Command) 3- Any illustrating program or 3D modeling is a plus. 4- Good communication skills and presentable personality. 5- Ability to make visits all around Alexandria and north coast and in very tight cases outside Alexandria (general transportation only, cost covered by the company) Employment Type Full-time – سنة خبرة على الأكثر – مؤهل عالي – عمارة وهندسة |
