Description:	Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Develop and lead the implementation of the organizational SME strategy and ensure the operational self-sufficiency of the SME Department in the long run. To lead manage and coordinate the SME field staff in order to achieve the organizational goals. To ensure the establishment of proper tools of monitoring the portfolio quality of individual staff and identify areas of incompetence and take necessary actions. Provide guidance to the SME field staff on a daily basis on different operational aspects. Provide mentoring and on-the-job training to the field staff regarding business analysis checking of guarantors checking of collaterals preparation of appropriate documentation for loan origination follow-up etc. Develop and implement loan delinquency policies and procedures such that write-offs are reduced to a minimum while maintaining the reputation of the institution. Ensure proper verifications of SME loans before presenting them to the Credit Committee. Spearhead SME product branch expansion strategy Provide support to Mutahid senior management as required.
