Client Details The organisation is a manufacturing titan; with a respective production capacity of over 300,000 tonnes. They have been in the industry for over 20+ years, catering to multiple organisations within the MENA region. They are currently seeking a ‘Finance Manager’ to join their team. Description Oversee the Finance Department and ensure that they provide support to all relevant departments and subsidiariesSupervise financial transactions to ensure that they recorded accurately and adhere to internal compliance proceduresImplement new financial policies and monitor them to ensure that they are effectiveAssess areas for improvement in terms of cost management and suggest recommendations to mitigate itManage and optimise financial systemsWork closely with different departments to assess actual company performance against expected results, and subsequently formulate appropriate action plansLiaise with both internal and external stakeholders of the organisationKeep abreast with IFRS reporting standards and update employees on any changes in the accounting standardsLiaise with internal and external auditors for the entire annual audit processPrepare cash forecasts on a weekly and monthly basisDevelop strategic plans and formulate annual budgets with assistance from the CFOWork closely with the CFO on any ad hoc tasks and projects Profile Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics3-5 years of experience within a similar roleAccounting qualification preferredKnowledgeable with ERP systemsProficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent analytical skillsSolid communication skills Job Offer The successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary.
