Social Media Executive 

Hekouky is looking for a Social Media Executive, to manage all social media channels, team members, campaigns to engage customers and customer satisfaction. 
 

Job Responsibilities 

• Management of Social Media Channels
• Creation of content that drives the brand and engage clients
• Generate social media performance reports 
• Planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement 
• Collaborate with the content team and providing data insights 
• Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
• Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
• Monitoring users’ engagement with and feedback on every post.

•  Previous experience as a social media executive or manager 
• knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
• Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
• Flexible and engaging writing style.
• Strong Audience understanding and targeting skills
• Creation and reporting of performance using a KPI dashboard
• Understanding of Social Media Analytics
• Understanding of SEO Google Analytics
• Ability to work within a team and independently 
• Possess solid communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Comfortable with working in a very dynamic and collaborative work environment
