Description:
  • Ensure the software applications meet end-user requirements.
  • Plan, design and execute with minimal supervision procedures to ensure the quality of features and releases that s/he is assigned.
  • Develop and execute test scripts and tracking /report results, troubleshooting, and coordinating defect resolution.
  • Comply with organizational standards and testing best practices.
  • Provide focused quality support within product development.
  • Serve as a Quality representative to improve awareness, visibility, and communication on testing initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Have excellent (Automation/Performance/Security) testing knowledge
  • MS Dynamics CRM 365 knowledge
  • TFS tool knowledge is a plus
  • High communication skills, ability to express well, detailed oriented, high analytical skills, very good documentation skills
  • Good command of English language
  • Functional Testing
  • Familiar with software testing methods and processes
  • Leadership skills
