Senior Technical Pre-Sales (Healthcare)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements, map solution designs and set customer expectations for the assigned products/business line/customers/region.
• Analyze and understand customer requirements, prepare technical proposals.
• Act as a consultant in educating the client about different solution possibilities and give recommendations
• Conduct presentations of solutions to clients and potential clients.
• Create and deliver detailed product demonstrations, including product overviews, detailed demonstrations and client-driven proof-of-concept projects
• Engage with sales in the field through meetings and presentations.
• Communicate seamlessly with the sales team and other internal teams to be able to deliver a complete, high-quality final deliverable.
• Manage RFI/RFP responses and lead formal demonstrations of our solutions.
• Bid and proposals preparation and management.
• Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for obtained orders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Biomedical/Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-8 years of experience in technical Presales in Healthcare Field
• Very good knowledge of technology and healthcare industry directions
• Strong business knowledge, business understanding, and market sense
• Healthcare Software, Solutions and Products Knowledge
• Ability to Create and Demonstrate healthcare products and services, using presentations and demos.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
• Attention to details, Well-organized, detail-oriented
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
