Description:	Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations. Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards. Create and implement maintenance procedures. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. Plan and manage all repair and installation activities. Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures. Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates. Lead the Maintenance Team in the day-to-day engineering and maintenance ; including service standards, equipment schedules, and work schedules Develop systems and procedures to ensure the health and safety of Guests and Team Members, as well as the proper conditions for plants, machinery, and property Prepare Capital and Repairs & Maintenance budgets for Engineering
Qualifications:	Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High Leadership skills. Very good technical experience prefer in woven sacks industry. Excellent problem-solving. Project management experience
