Description:	Ensuring optimal use of personnel and resources to execute the service, spare parts and training business plans for the area Supervision of Engineers’ interventions, such as maintenance, breakdowns, commissioning and repairs with regard to planning, adjustments and possible escalations Responsibility for day-to-day communication within the Service team, between single functional areas within the Company and with the Customers Administrative oversight of all processes incl. controlling of Service Engineers’ time recording and expense sheets Creation and update of all relevant documents related to service activities including generation of service tickets in response to incoming customer calls Customer visits with respective reports to Management Support to the Field Service team to maintain a positive customer-focused attitude and proper level of training Execution in person of service activities if required
Qualifications:	Educational background in mechanical / electrical / mechatronics or equivalent technical orientation Several years of proven management or coordination experience in maintenance of CNC machines and automation-related manufacturing devices Hands-on experience in programing and customization of machine tools and operational experience with machine controls from preferably Siemens, Heidenhain and/or Mitsubishi Customer service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationship Results-oriented, self-directed and able to work under pressure Ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple way Business level of verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English IT skills (MS Office) Gender : Male
