Description:	Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and    administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration Or any relevant Minimum 10 years of experience in HR  HR diploma Is Must Excellent English Language  Experience in IT & software is a must
