Role description: Work alongside digital Project and Program Controls personnel in order to identify opportunities to implement process automation and advanced data analytics. Work alongside project controls and design management colleagues to drive the digital vision and refine the digital solution roadmap of the program. Play a key role in the establishment of the governance, systems and common data environment for driving BIM delivery. In support of our vision to become an effective, lean and agile organization with reliance on the implementation and leverage of digital technology as an enabler, the role will support the development and implementation of systems-based design management capability Role accountabilities: Responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and governance of integrated solutions that drive the digital agenda of the PMC Develop digital delivery and systems implementation strategies specific to the project and aligned to the innovative vision of the program. Put forward recommendations specific to systems selection (and the timing of their introduction and implementation on the program) aligned to established delivery processes
Qualifications:	Min 10 years’ experience in related major project environment / developments with a record of supporting the implementation, management and maintenance of program management systems Experience in program management systems requirements gathering, selection, acquisition and integration Experience in systems testing, systems implementation, systems training, systems governance and audits Experience in the development, coordination and management of design in a digitally enabled delivery team. Experience in systems configuration and embedding delivery processes. Experience in establishing the governance and systems and data environment for driving BIM delivery. Knowledge and understanding of all other major disciplines that comprise the planning and delivery of major programs. Significant experience of working in complex program environments Preferable cultural understanding of project and program management within KSA. Excellent verbal, visualization and written communication skills.
