Planning Specialist

1. Follow-up on the production lines ensuring the production is following the pre-set production plan
2. Review the Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
3. Follow up purchasing requests (P.R) Purchasing orders (P.O) for the Required material

 (Raw and Packaging).

1. Follow-up regularly on other departments [ Q.C. for under inspection items, purchasing for open purchasing order (O.P.), Warehouse for storage capacity [.
2. Follows-up with Foreign Purchasing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) searching for more than one supplier per all items (According to approved supplier list)
3. Issuing BOM for batches to the Production department according to the monthly plan.
4. Responsible for TOLL (in & out) manufacturing.
5. Responsible for following-up the produced products until the final release.
6. Create BOM for New Products.
7. Follow up with Registration department for transferring of raw material. 

• Bachelor degree science & commerce   
• Post graduate studies, preferred in Supply Chain
•  Good knowledge of English 
•  1-3 years of experience in the same field
