Description:	Returning calls to some of the trainees to find out the reason for not booking Dealing with trainees’ problems Obligation to collect the remaining amounts in the courses Achieving sales targets and department goals. Monitoring telesales and moderation team performance and motivating them to reach targets. Providing continuous reporting on sales forecast Coaching the team members and increasing their sales skills and performance.
Qualifications:	Experience not less than 5 years The age ranges from 27 years to 35 years old. The ability to withstand the pressure of work, calls, and trainees He has experience in persuasion and how to deal with trainees and gain their confidence Presentable Excellent English Almohandseen residents & around areas are preferred
