Job Title:	Sr. Business Analyst

Description:	Create a detailed business analysis; indicate challenges, identify and validate the key business requirements. Study project proposals and RFP to understand the project scope, and communicate with the sales/presales team to stand on solid project scope. Create and document functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques. Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications. Create Use Cases/User Stories to clarify system behaviour & Acceptance criteria. Ensure that the Website/Mobile Application meets business/user requirements by inspecting and monitoring its development progress. Work with the technical team to develop business and technical requirements. Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technical team, and seniors.
Qualifications:	At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT Industry. Excellent documentation skills. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Solid experience in creating detailed reports. Technical experience in software development and/or implementation. Business Writing and Reporting. Documentation proficiency in both English and Arabic.
