ROLE & CONTEXTPurpose:IT Specialist to provide quick and useful technical assistance on computer systems, VPN, CISCO Jaber and all other Ooredoo IT applicationsContext:Ooredoo Call center has over 600 employees and requires a dedicated IT Specialist to resolve all IT related matters of the staff B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIESOverview·        Resolve IT related issues of agents of Call Center ·        Do remote troubleshooting wherever required using Ooredoo approved tools ·        Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel·        Provide accurate information on IT products or services·        Document incidents and problems and their resolution in logs·        Follow-up and update the CC management on the progressBusiness orientation Provide timely IT resolution to the Call center agents Planning & Organising & Problem Solving·        Record and Report all IT related incidents·        Share Daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports·        Suggest improvements in the current IT structureCommunicating, negotiating & influencing·        Provide permanent solutions to frequently recurring IT problems·        Effective Communication with CC agents
