Description:
  •  Schedule, route, maintain and truck transport vehicles.
  • Capacity planning for daily plan & peaks.
  • Lead and engage in process improvement.
  • Develop strategy for decreasing vehicle cost and create the most efficient routes.
  • Create loading plan on daily basis and ensure proper communication to stakeholders and lead dispatch.
  • Create reports of driver productivity & routes effectiveness.
  • Ensure fleet availability to meet all request by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends.
  • Plan, execute and monitor annual, monthly and daily budget, expenditure and analyze all financial objectives.
  • Monitoring the fleet of vehicles ensuring on time delivery
  • Lead corrective actions and capacity building to manage the entire fleet to achieve company objective.
  • Assisting in recruitment of quality drivers into fleet.
  •  Providing Support drivers during campaigns if it requires.
  • Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
  • Monitoring drivers’ behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service   
  • Supervising warehouse staff on daily activities.
  • Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
  • Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
  • Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
  •  Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
  • Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
  • Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Qualifications:
  •  Knowledge of the local market
  • Experience in managing customer.
  • The ability to communicate with all groups of people.
  • The ability to prepare reports and Analyzing data
  •  College degree or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience not less than 3 years in the field of shipment & Warehouse.
  • Good English
  • The ability to deal with applications & systems.
  • The ability to deal with computer programs, Microsoft Office.
