  • Contribute to the formulation of strategic objectives and plans for the Student Welfare department with the aim to ensure effective and efficient services across the entity, in line with the entity’s overall strategy, mission and vision
  • Manage the execution of operational plans within the department and ensure effective and efficient support is provided to all institutions, in close coordination with Education Sectors
  • Manage communication efforts with Education Sectors and relevant stakeholders in order to ensure common understanding and consistency of department’ plans and objectives
  • Execute necessary actions / decisions within the department to ensure the overall achievement of the entity’s strategy, sector and department’ objectives
  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget of the Student Welfare department based on strategic plans in coordination with Finance
