Junior Product Specialist

We are looking for a product specialist who is passionate about building and expanding product knowledge, have a keen eye for spotting market trends, a willingness to inspire clients, and the ability to work both independently and within a team, and supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building and development tasks of our software product’s features.

Accountabilities:

• Work with product Owners and Business Analysts to refine business requirements.
• Define detailed user stories and requirements.
• Supporting the product designer in the creation of multiple prototypes.
• Working with the rest of the Content Build Team configure the products to design specifications ensuring that the solutions meet customer requirements and adhere to agreed design standards
• Work with deployment teams and client project teams to facilitate a smooth implementation of new product solutions.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance team in troubleshooting bugs and quick resolution of client facing issues.
• Assist with product solution testing to ensure fit for purpose and Release.
• Undertake product solution demonstrations for the client and company stakeholders, clearly presenting the benefits of the solution.
• Communicate product features-related issues to the team for specific products.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in product building or similar job.
• Good experience in documenting user stories and user guides.
• Basic software business analysis knowledge.
• Software web designs basic knowledge is a bonus.
• Software testing basic knowledge is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills working in a collaborative manner
• Microsoft Office Suite products (Acrobat, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
