Description: Client Acquisition
  • Engage interaction calls / approaches to relevant heads of department /senior management / HR divisions with aim of booking as many meetings.
  • Generate potential leads through business development tools.
  • Exploring potential organizations wherein our company could provide recruitment solutions related to various sectors requirements.
  • Maintain database by researching the current market and backing up data into the CRM system.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for the prospective client.
  • Communicated with existing clients for their job vacancies

Talent Acquisition
  • Examine the job requirement well from the client to begin the recruitment search process.
  • Initiate the recruitment search process through Job Adverts, Job Boards and other social medium platform.
  • Screen candidates’ profiles thoroughly in areas of the job requirement shared from the client.
  • Manage candidate interview process with the client timely.
  • Negotiate and close the candidates on salary and their joining with the clients.
  • Feed the entire process on the ATS system.
