Showroom Sales Representative / Sales Associate

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic sales professionals who pride themselves on  their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our  customers. 

As a Retail Sales Representative / Sales Associate you are the public face of the company, you will be  s responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services we  offer. 

A Sales Associate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products,  services, and policies. 

Complaint handling is a critical part of this position. Turning a frustrated customer into a happy  customer, while adhering to company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact. 

Another key responsibility is maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and  displays., whereby your role will include additional responsibilities such as: 

• Achieving established goals. 
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store. 
• Increasing in store sales. 
• Superior product knowledge. 
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. 
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers. 
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

• You should be at least a college degree holder or equivalent. Good English communication skills and  computer literacy is a must, while having a previous experience is an asset. Within the age group of (25-32yrs old). Preferably female ‘no veil’. Presentable.
• The ideal candidate will be dedicated and a self-motivator and has a positive approach to work issues. You  have the ability to think laterally and analytical, display a high level of responsibility. You are an outgoing  and easy approachable individual, who enjoys to interact with people, you are a strong team player,  enthusiastic and flexible, while possessing following additional competencies:
