Description:	Provide second level of Software support and resolve problems to the end user. Implement and Maintains software issues. Administer application and provide technical expertise in development and execution of all IT systems. Work with ERP systems users to determine appropriate system configuration and setup. Assist with system check and quality assurance. Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures. Collaborate with developers and IT member to secure infrastructure being developed for end-user needs and ensure achievement of all business objectives. Testing and integrating as necessary troubleshooting application –related problems Documentation of all procedures. To determine, recommend a new system or modification of an existing system and Debug existing source code. Develop, and implement software products and solutions accordance with established standards, analyses information. Design and implement reports according to business need. Thoroughly understand All database schema. Manage and implement software backup plan and ensure the backup process Schedule. Designing and developing (Apis)
Qualifications:	good knoledge net microsoft framework good used visual studio -good used web developer languge ( C#, ASP Net ) and SQL Database – good knowledge hardware issues mvs, APIS Good Knowledge in system (I) servers and (CL) Language Programming and Query. Net Microsoft Framework Microsoft visual studio Web developer language (C#, ASP.NET……) SQL Database and DB2 Excellent problem-solving
