Social Media Specialist

We are seeking for an experienced and creative, forward-thinking, and organized social media specialist to join our growing team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our products and provide customer care services to new audiences. You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.

You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales Departments.

Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
