The resort will offer unique and state of the art facilities and services to its members like ample spa facilities, private beach, indoor and outdoor pools, selected restaurant concepts, racket sports academy, comprehensive fitness facilities with personal trainers and classes, and unique fashion and sports retail. 
Reporting directly to the IT Manager, the IT Technical Support Officer will:
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Supervise installation of ICT services
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
  • Respond to end user’s inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
  • Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
  • Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all end users and system related concerns from end users
  • Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware
Qualifications:
  • Proven 4+ years work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other related field
  • High proficiency in English and Arabic Languages (written and spoken)
  • Should have a valid residency in Kuwait.
