Description:	Report data in both written and oral form following policies and procedures Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary team and work with patient and family in developing treatment goals and evaluating patient progress Provide treatment and training to increase daily living skills Attend and participate in medical rounds and professional meetings with medical consultants Recommend and issue occupational therapy materials and equipment Maintain a clean, safe working environment Interacts and confers with a variety of professionals including physicians, nurses, case management, PT’s and SLP’s to implement and assess the intervention program.
Qualifications:	Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification or registration.
