Accountant

Need Accountant for Jewellery, Lord Jewelry Egypt, who is good in excel and Jewellery software (Will teach him)

candidate is willing to work 

office timing 12-7PM

Sunday off

Manage accounts payable including entering and coding invoices, tracking approvals and due dates, and initiating and entering payments.

Manage accounts receivable for certain customers including processing credit applications, invoicing, and entering payments.

Reconcile daily bank deposits to customer payments made via various payment gateways.

Record all bank and credit card transactions in general ledger.

Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts at month-end.

Estimate certain accruals at month end.

Assist others within the company with tasks as needed.

Record refunded items on excel and set refund schedule.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or currently working towards.

Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.

Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude.

Self-motivated.

Ability to organize work efficiently, manage multiple projects and deadlines.
