Description:
  • Manage all  store around Greater Cairo
  • Manage Sales staff.
  • Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Ensure pricing is correct.
  • Work on store displays.
  • Evaluate on-the-job performance.
  • Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
  • Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
  • Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
  • Analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
  • Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
  • Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service.
  • Monitor local competitors.
  • Ensure hours of operation.
  • Maintain store’s cleanliness and health and safety measures.
  • Organize and distribute staff schedules.
  • Preside over staff meetings.
  • Help sales staff achieve sales targets.
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
  • Keep close business relation with retailers/point of sales
  • Conduct research for potential clients and future projects.
  • Approach potential customers and build on our customer base.
  • Develop forecast for projects sales and follow up on timely delivery.
  • Submit regular reports regarding assigned responsibilities current sales activities and potential projects.
  • Monitor and report competitors’ actions and propose counteractions required.
  • Generates reports that reflect the volume of business in his/her area.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 15+ experience in “Telecommunication, Mobiles, Accessories & electronics in the distribution sector and at least 5+ years of experience in a managerial position.
  • Age (Years): Not less than 35 years.
  • Excellent English, Oral / written Abilities
  • Supervises the sales activities of sales representatives within assigned region.
