Recruitment Specialist – Blue Collars

Role Summary:

Al Doha Group has a new opportunity for “Recruitment Specialist – Blue Collars” to join the HR team at the 10th of Ramadan City.

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Handling all blue collars/mass recruitment requirements
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
• Some personnel duties might be required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Factories’ experience background is a MUST.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting blue collars.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is highly preferred.
• Good English is essential (written and spoken).
• Residents of 10th of Ramadan City or nearby is highly required.
