Description:	Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets Builds Internal and External Relationships and Identify opportunities to develop and strengthen relationships to advance the business. Work closely with the Sales Team & R & D Team to improve operations planning and overall efficiency. Make long-term operations decisions regarding product development and distribution strategies. Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
Qualifications:	PHD or MBA is a plus in Civil Engineering.  8-10 years’ experience.  Proficiency in English  Proven sales track record Experience in customer support & Marketing awareness is a plus Communication and negotiation skills
