Description:
  • Review tender documents Specifications, Instructure to tenderers, Drawings, Contract, General conditions, Particular conditions and Vendor list etc.
  • Send technical contractual and Contractual enquiries to the engineer and owner.
  • Ensures all relevant documentation for bid proposals is complete and accurate.
  • Responsible for internal and external communication, coordination and interfaces during tender execution.
  • Send packages to selected manufactures and suppliers according to the vendor list and list of subcontractors and follow up with them.
  • Evaluate and identify the most suitable offers technically and financially.
  • Responsible for generation cost estimation / budget sheets for civil scope in various types of projects.
  • Able to perform Value engineering during tender stage that helps increasing the deliverables values by insuring quality and saving execution costs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil,Arch.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent reading, writing, presentation and verbal communications skills in English.
  • Excellent in Auto CAD.
