Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Description

• Lead/inventory generation through journals, real estate portals, referrals, and any suitable platforms
• Visit properties/projects for assessment before showings
• Conduct Cold & Warm calls to generate leads/inventory.
• Perform viewings of new properties & give recommendations to seller
• Provide guidance and assistance to seller in pricing properties.
• Coordinate showing appointments to prospect buyers
• Present to prospect buyers different projects/developers
• Accompany buyers during visits and inspections, while offering consultation on the suitability and value of the properties
• Determine buyer needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Prepare reports and submit to direct supervisor
• Maintain and update listings of available properties, projects information and update client data/status.
• Work on CRM
• Working hours From 10 Am to 6 PM.

• At least 3 years recent experience in real estate
• Resale/Primary (or both)
• Experienced in preparing & posting real estate ADs on different platforms
• Owns a car
• Lives in or within the vicinity of New Cairo
• Very good command of spoken and written English language
• Excellent computer skills (Excel/Word)
• Must give a proof of previous achievements
