  • Monitor and guide agents towards the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Achieve company’s targets and coordinate between the sales agents, and be aware of their daily schedule/agenda.

  • Following the management strategy and instructions.
  • Following up with the sales agents for achieving targets.
  • Prepare necessary reports that must be presented to the Sales manager about the project.
  • Develop best strategies and tools used in order to help raise the amount of deals for projects.

  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree (any field is fine
  • 3+ years of experience as a team leader.
  • Inspired and motivated person.
  • Display high integrity and honesty.
  • Solve problems and great analyzer for issues.
  • Great Appearance.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
  • Working knowledge in MS Office.
  • Perfect communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge About New Cairo.
  • Male and female.
