• Shop Drawing For Drawing-inventory Quantities-Matches The Drawing-,
• Reading specifications,
• Making BOQ for Supplies and subcontractors and controller-As Built Drawing
• Make The Extracts For Owner and Sub Contractors
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
• Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution. Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the MEP Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at the site.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
• Ensures that all the works have done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
• Directly responsible for the safety of all Mechanical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
• Carrying out all Mechanical Works and equipment’s installation activitiesPrepared and reviewed engineering specifications, scopes of work, schedules of payments, and other documents.
• Monitored a team of 35 electricians during construction activities for compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Created electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical Toolset.
• Determined most effective approaches to new projects by reading and analyzing blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
• Checked work quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinated materials delivery and organization to maintain the smooth flow of work.
• Monitored manufacturing operations of electrical devices for compliance with safety protocols.
• Rendered technical drawings and electrical systems specifications exceeding company standards.
• Designed and approved power distribution requirements for substation and low voltage panels
• Calculation of the short circuit for main breakers for all main distribution board and selection of the capacity
• Calculation of the voltage drops for cables and select size of cables.
• Submit and take approval from the consultant of the project for all electrical material, suppliers, and subcontractor for all system (light- cables- elevators- low current system – substations and low voltage panel)
• Estimating cost for news project.
