Description:

HVAC -Plumbing and fire fighting design engineer: 

  • Engineer shall be responsible for creating and developing HVAC-  fire fighting and plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
  • High detailed Plumping & firefighting  shop drawing and calculations, equipment details drawings and follow up RFIs & RFAs with consultant and solve all issues included in the design for large-scale projects with different building applications (Administration, residential, hospital and industrial).
  • To design the Plumbing & Fire Fighting system & HVAC as per the requirements mentioned in the proposal through various stages like designing, fabricating, and testing
  • Shop Drawing For Drawing-inventory Quantities-Matches The Drawing-,
  • Reading specifications,
  • Making BOQ for Supplies and subcontractors and controller-As Built Drawing
  • Make The Extracts For Owner and Sub Contractors
  • Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
  • Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution. Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the MEP Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
  • Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at the site.
  • Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
  • Ensures that all the works have done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
  • Directly responsible for the safety of all Mechanical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
  • Carrying out all Mechanical Works and equipment’s installation activities 
  • To apply the technical expertise and knowledge that will support the designing, manufacturing, testing, and troubleshooting and help in better delivery of the PL & F.F system
  • To make an active contribution in the research and development efforts by understanding the PL & F.F advances that will match with the emerging technologies
  • To be accountable for the specification of sheet metal layout, components, and the fabrication approaches
  • To monitor the execution of the developmental efforts and think of innovative ideas to build and design the PL& F.F system within the given budget and time
  • To assist in the preparation of the performance of the equipment specification and data.
  • Achieve HVAC shop drawings for large scale projects (Administration, Residential, Hotel, hospital) including calculations, equipment details drawings and follow up RFIs & RFAs with consultant and solve all issues included in the design.
  • Achieved technical coordination and provide composite drawings with no clash for different applications (Administration, residential, and industrial).
  • Design Electrical systems (Power, Lighting, Light current) for large-scale projects hotel and chemical industries.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC,FF, Plumbing  for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings is MUST.
