Description:
  • Configure & maintain internal systems (Switches – CCTV – AP – DC – UPS – Firewalls)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues , (Network and users issues troubleshooting)
  • Supervise and control Infrastructure solution design implementation up and running
  • Install servers operating systems, devices and firewalls
  • Train new system users and finish their complete setup accounts
  • Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware
  • Ensure the smooth deployment of new equipment’s
  • Update technical documentation if needed.
  • Control Hardware purchase like (Network equipment’s, Laptops and printers)
  • Installing Windows or any other related windows based software
  • User connectivity issues support
  • Installing windows and other needed applications
  • Control servers security 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline – preferably, Computer Science
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system administration.
  • Can Identify, recommend and implement solutions for problems.
  • Very good command of English.
