| Description: | · Software installation, commissioning, integration, and testing of systems such as IP PBX, IP telephony, IPTV, access points, LAN/WAN systems, switches, routers, storage and security, data center, audio & video conferencing, etc.· Software installation and maintenance of mobile apps server and clients.· Solution design, presentation, technical clarifications, and approvals of Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, IoT, HMS, Paging system, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics. · Conduct site survey/inspection.· Deliver against deployment and maintenance targets.· Perform hardware and software quality checks. · Diagnose and resolve faulty hardware and software issues.· Assist engineers and technicians in resolving technical issues.· Acceptance test with the clients.· Follow the QHSE standards of the company. |
