Job Description: Provide group and individual counseling services on self-exploration /awareness, managing emotions, character building, study skills and learning enhancement strategies, goal setting and time management. Work with students to develop relationship enhancement skills, conflict management, basic listening and giving feedback, healthy relationships in an organization, or in a group or team setting as well as relationships outside school Provide opportunities for individual students, and sometimes their parents, to seek assistance in working out solutions to personal concerns.  Develop guidance programs to disseminate information on national and international assessments, examination boards in the different schooling systems and the requirements needed for students to prepare for their next step in education and career. Plan for and implement the school’s participation in career awareness events and job fairs for students.
