Description:
  • The UI Designer’s primary responsibility with  be to drive the end-to-end product design to create distinctive digital solutions for customers and employees Working within cross-functional Agile product teams, UI Designers will seek to create elegant user experience to create business impact (e.g., customer, employee and advisor engagement /productivity)
  • Explore solution space and refine concepts via wireframes and detailed high definition design
  • Define the visual style and position relative to design guidelines 
  • Design and deliver elegant and delightful product experiences as part ofa cross-functional Agile product teams 
  • Actively collaborate with business I Brand stakeholders throughout the design and development process Research, identify and articulate customer needs 
  • Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers 
  • Build prototypes and design tests to validate customer needs, requirements and behaviors 
  • Help Product Leads and Product Managers define both long and short-term vision and roadmap for digital products 
  • Collaborate with other designers within and cross-team to problem solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency and coherence 
     
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years or experience in Experience design
  • Experience in prototyping tools (Marvel, lnvision, Axure) and design tools: (Sketch, Adobe Suite, Craft) 
  • Experience in digital product design and development, especially in an iterative Agile process 
  • Extensive design experience in a digital product environment 
  • Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology 
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who is sett-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
  • Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping 
  • Knowledge of Agile software development process and has worked in an Agile environment before 
  • Strong Graphical and Visual design skills 
  • Knowledge of Firebase is a plus
