Description:	Position Title:               Senior Purchasing Executive (UAE National)Employment Type:     Full Time  Salary:                        up to 21K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location:                Dubai, UAE  About the Client:  An independent federal entity responsible of enhancing the efficiency of the UAE’s public education sector Job Description:   Receiving purchase orders from all organizational units in the entity Ensure the correctness of purchase requisition procedures, and periodically update its data according to the approved rules Communicate with suppliers to evaluate, approve, and register them according to the applicable regulations. Communicate with suppliers to implement contracts according to the conditions contained in the purchase requisition and send them to Finance to take appropriate action Follow up the processes of conducting tenders, submitting offers, and carrying out purchases according to the approved procedures Follow up the implementation of purchase orders, receive purchases and supply them to warehouses, in coordination with the concerned parties in the entity
Qualifications:
Education:	Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
Experience:	Min: 2
Salary:	$5,000 – $6,000
