Description:

Lead & manage market studies to develop marketing programs to increase customer loyalty, by providing value-added services, design offers, and establish partnerships with external companies, to retain Tanmeyah current customers.

Develop leads through research and networking for potential partnerships
Manage partnership negotiations and contractual agreements in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies.
Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
Create retention customized offers for the current customers who decided not renew.
Check current customer base checkpoints and revamp it.
Plan & project mange the annual marketing calendar, insure all assigned activities are on track & launched on time.
Survey existing base to understand the preferred partnerships or value added services to our customers.
Insure that all materials ready (BTLs), incentive scheme scripts & innovate the tools to business team to execute & ensure the successful implementation of new offers.
Ensure proper journeys & interactions with the new created offers to ensure the acceptance of the customers.
Deliver regular reports of partnership results & value added services, including evaluation of KPIs and maintain regular measurement of the ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related discipline

8+ years of experience in products marketing having worked in a similar role for 2 years preferably in telecommunication or/and financial industries.

MBA Marketing major or its equivalent is a plus

Strong supervisory skills

Very good communication and project management skills

Very good negotiation Skills
