Description:

Will implement and co-ordinate performance development activities, initiate & follow up of agreed corrective actions progress. Also, he/she will support the Talent and Organization Development programs and processes in the assigned area of responsibility

  • employee engagement and retention of talent in the organization.
  • Conducts historical data analysis studies as per request and/or possible impacts on job design upon requesting KPI and/or JD modification.
  •  Collects monthly performance data from various stakeholders, analyze performance trends, recommend and follow up corrective actions to improve individual and department of assigned functions.
  • Effectively diagnoses OD opportunities and identifies potential solutions by interpreting relevant qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Clearly communicates OD recommendations and outlines processes to support organizational change.
  • Creates and updates job descriptions, leveling and relative PMS sheets.
  • Develops KRA’s and KPI’s used to evaluate performance of job holders within assigned functions in alignment with quality team.
  • Assists OD Supervisor in the succession plan framework to conduct potentiality tests, leadership assessments and CBI’s.
  • Partners with line managers in BU and OD Business Partners to update BU organizational structure.
  •  Coaches leaders and teams on effective business behaviors, change management tools and resources needed to lead teams within assigned functions.
  • Develops talent management, leadership development and knowledge management initiatives that would support succession planning and Training & Development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry Are Welcome.
  • Preferred Who Have A Student Activity.
  • 0 – 1 years of experience
  • Very good in English.
  • Passionate in HR preferred HR certificate Holders.
  • Willing to learn and develop.
  • Preferred Maadi resident
