Description:
  • Prepare QS and INVOICE for multiple projects, revise them and submit them to consultant.
  • Preparing sub-contractor bills of quantities and other documentation
  • Preparing and submitting client restrict invoices & final invoice
  • Preparing / review subcontractor check invoices & payment
  • Arranging payments to suppliers and contractors
  • Providing advice and forecasts about costs
  • QS for procurement items and follow up during construction.
  • Preparing variation order during project & review QS to approve.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in engineering, 3+ Years’ in same position at construction field.
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Excellent effective Communication & Presentation skills.
  • Negotiation & reporting skills.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office
