| Description: | Job Title: Lifesaving / First Aid Tutor Reporting to: Hamilton Training and Quality Assurance Manger Responsibilities: Included, but not limited to: • To prepare for and deliver a range of courses to the expected standard of Hamilton Training.• Deliver monthly staff training fulfilling HT contractual obligations.• To liaise with the Training Admin & Marketing Assistant to ensure the smooth running of all courses and monthly training.• To maintain a comprehensive filing system including archival and storage inventories.• To conduct and record swimming pool safety pool audits• Generate leads and arrange meetings to increase growth.• To attend company events, sign up days, open days and galas as and when required.• Perform any other duties as requested by the line manager and senior management.• Representing Hamilton Aquatics in a professional and positive manner always, adhering to the company values. |
