| Description: | · Preparing Furniture production shop drawings , cutting sheets & List · Preparing Furniture Layouts , presentations , 3d renderings according to client’s need · Preparing and reviewing working shop drawings for projects & its facilities whenever needed.· Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed architecture and interior design drawings renderings· Prepare the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).· Study and reply for requests information for all missing, unclear conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.· Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise and coordinate with all departments & other trades consultant.· Customer modifications & Receive adjustment items· Receiving units before delivery of the client· Quantity surveying.· Costing & cost analysis.· Cutting lists, bill of material |
