You have to:

• manage the branch;
• sale BELARUS tractors, spare parts and attachment equipment for them
• control personnel and performance of assigned tasks;
• control the accounting of cash and warehouse movements;
• participate in the recruitment, adaptation and training of new employees, and be a personal example for them;
• participate in the formation of advertising policy, attract new customers;
• participate in the formation of the company’s trading strategy, formulate sales plans for the branch and monitor their implementation;
• monitor the performance indicators of sales;
• analyze the efficiency of employees and the group as a whole, form a personnel motivation system;
• participate in specialized events, speak in public.

• Have higher education;
• You are between 35 and 55 years old
• Have knowledge of the tractor market in Egypt
• Have worked in B2C, B2B and B2G – sales for at least five years;
• Personally conduct retail sales to corporate and government customers;
• Have experience in company administration
• Worked in leadership positions, set tasks and monitored their implementation;
• Quickly adapt to changes;
• Know how to defend your position based solely on statistical data and results.
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Microsoft Office
