As such, we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Officer to join our People Team. As a Compensation and Benefits Officer your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with Taiba policies and/or other regulations or laws
  • Analyse review recommend and obtain approval for changes to compensation and benefits as per labour and state law
  • Assist in job evaluations and annual merit processes as required
  • In addition to Handle the cycle of Promotions, Annual Increments, Bonuses and incentives.
  • Participate in market and salary surveys compiling data and comparing it accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines
  • Respond to employee inquiries on compensation and benefit matters
  • Initiate and coordinate with Supervisor for the yearly budget cycle in align with Finance and other departments.
  • Communicate and coordinate with external providers
  • Ensure the availability of Employees Job descriptions and create once required.
Qualifications:

  • Current labor laws and state regulations
  • HRIS and MS Office
Education:Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
