Description:
  • Managing and executing the e-commerce orders cycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks in terms of order tracking, shipping status, and delivery on the e-commerce platform.
  • Following up on the website and app warehouse inventory.
  • Communicating with the warehouse team and 3PL on daily activities and complaints.
  • Managing the 3PL portal.
  • Managing the inbound process and warehouse PO cycle.
  • Replying to the CS and commercial requests on customers’ complaints.
  • Coordinating and working closely with the finance department to process payments.
  • Following up on the CMS status.
  • Extracting and preparing reports as requested.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree holder in business administration or a relevant study.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or a similar role is a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • High level of communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in logistics is a bonus.
