Description:
  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Define the overall framework for the work of the department in accordance with the established human resources policies and achieve the objectives set. 
  • Establishes detailed plans, programs and work schedules for human resources functions, and identifies requirements for management within the human resources management budget.
  • Oversee the implementation of planned plans, programs and policies by measuring and analyzing results and taking corrective action to minimize the impact of differences.
  • Provide suggestions for the development of the administrative and structural organization of the company.
  • Oversee the preparation of the schedule of positions and determine the vacancies annually in coordination with the concerned departments.
  • Study the needs of training staff to develop their abilities and skills.
  • Study the problems of work in order to improve its level.
  • Analyze and modify compensation policies and benefits to create competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee the management of workflow by supporting current and future staff with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, advancement opportunities, and employee benefits
Qualifications:
  • Graduated from Business Administration, or similar faculties of universities related field with HR.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in managerial roles
  • 10-15 years of experience in Similar field
  • Fluent English both spoken and written.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Comprehensive vision for the execution of plans
  • High teamwork orientation to be able to effect cooperation among subordinates with diverse mentalities and performing different functions.
  • Result orientation to be able to lead difficult projects and initiatives and achieve results even when faced with strong resistance.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure even with constantly changing requirements.
