| Description: | Ensure that all activities O&M are well-orchestrated, as well as with the off-taker (Petro Rabigh) in order to guarantee safe, continuous and uninterrupted operations. The Plant Manager: 1- Coordinates production and maintenance requirements and plans with Petro Rabigh. 2-Oversees O&M staff performance to maintain safe and efficient operations of the plant. 3- Enforces development and implementation of operational procedures, as well as overhaul planning activities for all major equipment. 4-Ensure execution of outsourced contracts for overhaul of main units. 5- Analyzes budget impact and coordinate overhaul cost with Finance Department. 6- Ensures implementation of ERP and similar HSE procedures for safe operations. 7-Sets up monitoring plans for predicting equipment problem (vibration and performance monitoring). 8- Stimulates the identification of technical solutions for equipment life extension. 9-Reviews manpower in coordination with HR to meet department workload. 10-Coordinates and partners with business partners departments (HR, TSD, Supply Chain) to maintain efficient and timely provision of administrative and personnel support to all plant employees. 11-Regularly updates the General Manager on plant status and gets/enforces directives on pertinent plant issues. 12-Leads the whole O&M Team (Power, Desalination, Maintenance, HSE, and Chemistry) and promotes employees’ welfare, increases productivity and motivation, keeps high morale, and promotes learning and development. |
